Jose Fiol was born in Mallorca (Spain) in 1978 and studied in Centro de Estudios Fotográficos de Palma. He has has solo shows in Galeria Fran Reus (Palma) and CC Felanitx (Mallorca).
His works has been shown in group shows in Worcester (UK), White Box Art Center (Beijing), Es Baluard Museu d’Art Modern i Contemporani (Palma) and Casal Solleric (Palma). He has also participated in art fairs like ARCO Madrid, ARCO Lisboa (Portugal), Estampa Contemporary Art Fair (Madrid) and The Manchester Contemporary (UK). He has been an artist in residence in White Box Art enter (Beijing) during 2018. Nowadays he is the creator and manager of TRASTERO 109 with Tomás Pizà. He lives and works in Mallorca, where is represented by Galeria Fran Reus.
